Beautiful Lefkada's beaches in the eastern coast are more accessible than those beautiful Lefkas beaches on the southwestern coast.

The first beautiful beaches in Lefkada Island are on the link above. Here below, the two beaches are on the southwestern coast and the rest are on the eastern coast.

The beautiful Gialos Beach or Yialos Beach is on the southwestern coast, at the north of Porto Katsiki Beach and Egremni Beach and northwest of Vassiliki.

This is a long sandy beach with crystal waters, rocks, pebbles and great hills behind the beach and on the way to it. It is north of Athani village and south of Dragano village. The distance between the two villages is about 2.3 kilometres and it takes about 4 minutes drive.

However, the distance from Athani or From Dragano to the beach is 4.4 kilometres up and down through the peaks.



The beautiful Egremni Beach is on the southwestern coast, at the north of Porto Katsiki Beach. Some rocks surround the coarse sandy beach and green peaks are on the way to the beach making the area naturally beautiful.

Turquoise waters splash at the rocks and white milky waves break on the sand of the beach. The beautiful beach of Agremni is about 10.1 kilometres away from Athanio and it takes about 14 minutes drive.

If you reached this area, don't get back because you have already seen everything in the world, but just jump to the sea and get one of Nereus' daughters; a beautiful Nereid to spend your life with her underwater ;-)

The nearest studios and rooms here is Aloni Studios in Athani village. Great cliffs above the long beach and on the way from Dragano offer good views of the natural beauty of the western coast. The beautiful beach of Egremni is accessible by boats. Walking to it is very difficult and somewhat dangerous.



The beautiful Nikiana Beach is on the eastern coast in the way between Lefkada Town at the north and Nydri Town at the middle of the eastern coast.

The road to it from Lefkada Town is about 9.4 kilometres and it takes about 15 minutes drive. From Nydri, it is about 6.7 kilometres and it takes about 8 minutes drive.

Nikiana Beach is near attractive sights in the costal areas around Nidri and attractive sights near Nydri on the other islets.

Many tourists head through Nydri to the beautiful islands of Kefallonia and Ithaki and to the beautiful islets of Madouri, Meganisi, Skorpidi, Skorpios and Sparti. See those beautiful islets at Beautiful Lefkada Island.

The beautiful beach of Nikiana has soft sand and coarse sand, clean waters and rocks and hard cliffs as well. Behind it, the Sakros Mountains offer good views to the beautiful nature of the eastern coast.
