The trans-island route from Volissos leads through peaks around Mount Pelineo to Kampia, Vikio and Amades in Kardamyla municipality.

From Nagos the small fishing harbour and beach, the road goes up through these peaks to Amades, Vikio and Kambia, which is situated on the heights overlooking other hillsides.

But to Volissos it turns from Kampia in the Municipality of Kardamyla to the south to Spartunta in the Municipality of Amani and continues to the south to Fyta, Diefcha and Managros and then turn up north to Skariotis and Volissos.
